Island Custom Cabinets is looking for a reliable, hardworking Cabinet Sander to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality work. No previous cabinet experience is required—we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Sanding cabinet doors and components

• Surface preparation for paint and finishing

• Wrapping and packing completed orders

• Shop cleaning and general organization

• Assisting the production team as needed

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable and punctual

• Good attention to detail

• Able to lift and move cabinet components safely

• Previous woodworking or shop experience is an asset, but not required
